Renovation & Second Storey Extension
The owner had an existing home they wanted to make much larger and to also take part of the existing garage so that they were able to sub-divide the block. We demolished a large portion of the home to allow for the extension to the rear of the home.
We worked closely with the engineer, steel fabricators and architect to create the most cost effective way to go up a story making this a two storey home. This home is one that will catch your eye when driving past. Located in a beautiful street in Blackheath. The home is currently on AirBnb.
