These clients approached us at Brownjohn Constructions with a modest budget. We worked with the client to see just how much we could get done with the budget they had. This Hazelbrook project was a tiny three bedroom, one bathroom 80m2 home.

For under $300,000.00 the boys at Brownjohn Constructions removed the existing roof, all the asbestos and built a new second story including wall, floor and roof frame, new roof, and re cladded the whole house. We also replaced every window and door for brand new aluminium smart glass systems.
