An 80s built home located on a bush block. This was a complete home renovation internally. With the existing pink coloured walls and raw maple timber doors, architraves and skirting the owner was more than ready for a freshen up. 

There were no plans drawn up for this property. We worked closely with the owner to come up with a slightly different layout internally and what to do with the front entry and existing yellow and red tiled deck that had a beautiful bush outlook. 

We relocated the front door which was located next to the main bedroom. We turned this entry way into an ensuite for the master bedroom. We demolished the bathroom and laundry and installed new timbers, tiles and fixtures to bring it all up to date. We removed all maple timber fixtures and replaced them with new fittings and had everything painted in a light fresh colour. We installed new carpets and new doors. 

In the new entry way we installed a big 1200mm door with two side panels to give the home a nice entry. We also fitted a keyless door handle opened from a fob, your phone or a master key if needed. 

For the deck, we battened the concrete deck out and installed new merbau timber decking. We also installed new merbau timber posts and handrail complimented by stainless steel cable for the balustrade. 

The owner informed us at the end of the project that he had the property re-valued and got a very nice price. Freshening up the home was extremely beneficial for this owner.
